I’m passionate about empowering you to find within yourself new ways to express thoughts and feelings, by teaching strategies for inner healing when words don't fit. Counselling with me is collaborative and flexible. My approach is empathic, to tailor the experience to best meet your needs. Together we negotiate the goals for your counselling and decide on a pathway to reach them, in a partnership that is open, respectful, energized, and purposeful.
