Maturity Works is a training and support service aimed at the mature-aged and long-term unemployed. We provide services such as resume and cover letter help, advice and tips for interviews and our most popular Certificate III in Business, in partnership with The Academy of Training. Our philosophy is that no person should be disadvantaged whilst looking for work. With this in mind, we made our services 100% accessible to anyone, anywhere in Queensland. We make our services flexible through "after hours" availability, online training via Zoom and getting to know our participants and what best suits them. We also make sure that every single person who uses our services has time put aside for them one-on-one. This helps us tailor-make each experience and ensure everyone who seeks assistance through us knows that we care about them and their journey on a personal level.
