E-Signs & Designs is owned and operated by Len Grainger. All printing/laminating/cutting is carried out at 7 Alexandra Close, Flinders View, where most sign manufacturing is completed. We will complete vehicle signage on-site if required. We also carry out sign installations on customers' premises. If Elevated Work Platforms (EWP) are required, the installation is subcontracted to a professional qualified installer.
We digitally print on a variety of media including signage grade vinyl, banners, wallpaper, and heat press material. All prints are usually laminated to protect the print and maximize longevity.
Vinyl prints are placed on Aluminium Composite Material (ACM), Corflute, Shop Windows, A-Frames, etc. Shirts and other garments have the prints pressed on with a commercial heat press machine. All banners are manufactured to customer specifications and have a liquid laminate applied after printing. They are finished with eyelets appropriately placed, but do not include ropes.
Safety and Hazchem Signs are manufactured to AS1319-1994 and AS1216-2006 respectively.
