The air and water temperature are set to skin temperature 34.5 degrees giving you the ultimate gift of sensory deprivation.  This is the key to Float Therapy - sensory deprivation.  The salt allows you to float effortlessly without the sensations of your body.  Add to this the choice of silence or calming music.  This is the ideal space for deep relaxation.

The Float Rooms at City cave are designed to be inviting and not intimidating, as many people do not like the idea of being confined in traditional floatation tanks.  You can truly relax without feeling restricted.  We have infrared panels above the water to ensure the temperature is consistent.  The light & sound set to your liking as to accommodate for personal preferences.
